Chattogram-based real estate developer Epic Properties Ltd. has signed a joint development agreement with landowners Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Dil Afroza Begum, and her heirs to develop Halishahar Housing Estate, a new residential project in Chattogram.
The agreement, signed at Epic Properties’ corporate office in Chatteswari Morr, marks another milestone in the company’s 23-year journey. Engineer Mohammad Anwar Hossain, Director of Epic Properties Ltd., described the partnership as a reflection of trust, shared commitment, and long-term collaboration between the landowners and developer.
