The History of EpicPL
Founded in 2003 with the launch of its first project, Epic Shuchona, Epic Properties Ltd. was born from a long-standing vision that began a decade earlier with the establishment of Epic Engineer & Architect, followed by Epic Ready Mix Concrete to strengthen industry support. By 2008, the company achieved ISO certification and expanded operations to Dhaka, reinforcing its commitment to quality and structured growth. From 2013 onward, Epic broadened its footprint through sister concerns including Epic Health Care and Hotel Sea Inn, extending its impact beyond real estate. In 2018, the company introduced one of Chattogram’s first smart home concepts and premium gated communities, setting new standards in modern lifestyle living.
